How soon will my order ship?
Most orders will ship two business days after payment has been received.
NOTE: Purchasing expedited shipping does not speed up the processing. It simply applies to the delivery from our warehouse to your designated location. Special requests can be coordinated before placing an order.
How do I proceed if my order doesn’t arrive?
Once packaging has left our warehouse, you will be provided with tracking information via email. La-di-da Moda is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. However we do stand by our customers; if contents arrive damaged, we will open an internal investigation with the shipping provider.
Can I return/exchange items?
We hope you never have an issue with our products, but your satisfaction is our highest priority. We offer a 15-day exchange policy from the date of purchase. We will exchange your item for one in a different size or another item of equal value or more. To be eligible for an exchange items must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition sent to you and original packaging and tags must still be attached on the items. Upon receiving your package, we will thoroughly inspect your items before authorizing the exchange. You are responsible for shipping cost from your location to our warehouse. We DO NOT provide refunds unless items show a production defect.
