How soon will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. We use the expedited shipping rather than the standard shipping method so that you can receive your order in record time.

How do I proceed if my order doesn’t arrive?
Once packaging has left our warehouse, you will be provided with tracking information via email. La-di-da Moda is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. However we do stand by our customers; if contents arrive damaged, we will open an internal investigation with the shipping provider.

Can I return/exchange items?
We hope you never have an issue with our products, but your satisfaction is our highest priority. We offer a 15-day exchange policy from the date of purchase. We will exchange your item for one in a different size or another item of equal value or more. To be eligible for an exchange items must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition sent to you and original packaging and tags must still be attached on the items. Upon receiving your package, we will thoroughly inspect your items before authorizing the exchange.

You are responsible for ALL shipping cost from your location to our warehouse including customs fee charges that will apply.

We DO NOT provide refunds unless items show a production defect. Original Shipping charges are non refundable.

Customs Fees Outside of Canada

Once your package arrives at your shipping destination, import duties, taxes and/or customs fees may be charged. It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges to clear the package from customs.
